Refund Policy

DASH9 offers a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from DASH9 billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Cancelling does not automatically refund a charge already made.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or have another exceptional circumstance, contact us and we will review your request.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address on your DASH9 account, the charge date, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
